Dr. Rosenberg has been retained over 50 times as a software expert and a cell phone judicial expert for Google, Samsung, Amazon, Boeing, IBM, Disney, Nintendo, Dell, AT&T, Motorola, Ericsson, HTC, LG, Sony, Mattel, and many other companies.

Dr. Rosenberg has over 25 years experience as an accomplished human factors engineer, software engineer, and user interface designer with extensive cell phone judicial expert witness experience specializing in user interface design, human factors, and software development issues for embedded, mobile, web, desktop, and server software.

Dr. Rosenberg has extensive testifying experience in both state and federal court, before the USPTO, at over a dozen depositions, and at multiple Markman hearings.

Dr. Rosenberg designed the first two-way pager for AT&T in 1995, designed a complete VoIP phone system, and has designed and developed multiple mobile applications for Disney and others. He has published 22 research papers in professional journals and proceedings relating to user interface design, computer graphics, and the design of spatial, stereographic, and auditory displays.
